OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T gets Oxygen OS11 finally! (Download Link included)

After testing for few months, OnePlus has finally pushed the Oxygen OS 11 Aka Android 11 update for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. OnePlus started the open beta for these devices back in early July 2021. They also pushed their second and third open-beta updates at a later stage. Back on August 9th, they delivered the third beta. Within two days, they are now pushing the stable update for the OnePlus 6 series. The significant change lies in the shift in the user interface from Oxygen OS 10.

The brand has informed us that the OTA will be pushed in a staged manner. Only a few users will receive the new update today. It will be pushed to a more significant number of people once the feedback comes. They have also clarified that the rollout is not based on region but pushing to random smartphones. What the brand meant by that is, using VPN may or may not fetch updates for you. But don't worry, we will be including the download links for both the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T.     • Newly added Canvas feature that can automatically draw a wireframe picture based on a lock screen photo on your phone(Path: Settings - Customization - Wallpaper - Canvas - Choose photo preview and it can be generated automatically)





  • Dark Mode

    • Added a shortcut for Dark Mode, you can pull down the Quick Settings panel and find it

    • Supported automatically enable by time range (path: Settings - Display - Dark Mode - Turn on automatically - Automatically enable from sunset to sunrise / Custom time range





  • Shelf



    • Newly shelf interface design, the interface is clearer



    • Added weather widget, animation effect smarter

  • [March 3, 2021]: Samsung has now started seeding the One UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy Tab S6 users. After its launch with One UI 2.5, the Galaxy Tab S6 has directly received the One UI 3.1 update now. In the meantime, it has skipped the One UI 3.0 update. The update is rolling out in batches to the different serial numbers. So, Galaxy Tab S6 owners can expect the update notification to reach them anytime soon. Nokia 3.4 may get Android 11 update as per Geekbench listing

HMD Global is constantly releasing the Android 11 update to its eligible flagships. A handful of devices by the company including Nokia 5.3, Nokia 1.3, and more have bagged the update so far. The latest one to join the list could be Nokia 3.4. The smartphone was launched last year in September with the Android 10.

Recently, Nokia 3.4 has made multiple appearances on the Geekbench database running Android 11. This probably indicates that the smartphone is in the final phase of testing the latest stable operating system.




If our assumption stands true, Nokia 3.4 users can use all the extensive Android 11 features on their handset. Samsung sends Android 11 One UI 3.1 update to Galaxy A10 in India

Samsung is driving its update train to the maximum of its flagships, even the older ones. After updating its majority of aged devices, the company is now targeting the Galaxy A10. The smartphone is receiving an Android 11 update with its latest customized skin One UI 3.1 on top.

The latest build for the Galaxy A10 is presently rolling out in India on firmware version A105FDDU6CUH2. The software carries all the Android 11 goodies and the features of the new skin. Apart from this, it also inculcates the current security maintenance, the August 2021 security patch.

Concerning changes, Samsung is sending all the Android 11 features like chat bubbles, smart device control panels, native screen recorder, improved notification management, and much more. Realme 6 Pro receives Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 update

In March 2021, Realme 6 Pro started receiving the beta build for Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0. The fifth beta update for the smartphone inculcated a major system overhaul that bought in several changes and a variety of fixes. Finally, Realme is sending the stable Realme UI 2.0 update based on Android 11 to the Realme 6 Pro.

Though, the Realme 6 Pro units in several regions have already received the Realme UI 2.0 stable update in April this year. This time, the package is unfurling in India through the firmware version number RMX2061_11_C.18. The update is live for the users who are on Android 11. The OnePlus Nord 2 explodes again, causing trauma to the user

A week ago, a OnePlus Nord 2 user suffered trauma as the unit ended blowing up during cycling. To this, the company said that it was "an isolated incident involving external factors and not due to any manufacturing or product issue." However, there's another case where the user is in trauma as the OnePlus Nord 2 exploded and burned the bedsheet.

The user took this incident to Twitter where he said that the OnePlus Nord 2 bought for his father exploded on the bed, causing trauma to the user. His father then used a stick to push the burnt device away out of the room. OnePlus had an eye on the post and said that it will investigate the matter.

To mention that there is no way to verify the news as the user deleted the post later. Also, the user has not posted any images of the burnt OnePlus Nord 2 unit. Moreover, it is also not clear if the OnePlus Nord 2 unit caught fire due to overcharging or some other external force or it just happened spontaneously.

In response to this tweet, the OnePlus Support team messaged the user that it plans to address the issue soon.
“We are truly dejected to hear about this incident. We earnestly hope that the untoward incident did not cause any harm to your father. We would like to have this addressed on priority and to further scrutinize this matter and ascertain the cause of this instance,” says the OnePlus post.

However, there are chances that the event was fabricated as the user immediately deleted his tweet and account after posting the story. We will update the story soon as we get any official information.

Xiaomi rolls out MIUI 12.5.4.0 update to Redmi Note 10 Pro in India
