Samsung Galaxy A03 announced with a dual rear camera, 5,000mAh battery, and more

Samsung is deliberately releasing its new mid-range series, Galaxy A03. In August, the company launched the Galaxy A03s followed by the Galaxy A03 Core last week. Now, the brand has finally announced the standard Galaxy A03. Some of the specifications are revealed however, the availability and price are still undercover.

Talking about the design, the Galaxy A03 will feature a waterdrop-style notch display. The rear panel will hold a square camera module that houses a dual-camera setup. The camera island is similar to iPhone 12 with two sensors aligned vertically alongside a flash. The device will have rounded corners with a flat edge and slight bezels on the side and bottom.











Heading to specifications, the Galaxy A03 is built around a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display. The waterdrop notch houses a 5MP selfie camera while the rear camera consists of a 48MP primary and 2MP depth sensor.

Under the hood, the smartphone equips an unknown octa-core processor (2x1.6GHz + 6x1.6GHz). It will arrive in three storage configurations – 32GB + 3GB RAM, 64GB + 4GB RAM +, and 128GB + 4GB RAM. Also, Samsung has not mentioned anything about the Android and One UI versions.



The other listed specifications include a 5,000mAh battery, Dolby Atmos support. Additionally, the phone will measure 164.275.9x9.1mm in dimensions and will arrive in three color options of Black, Blue, and Red.

Now that the key specs are revealed, Samsung can soon disclose the price and availability of the Galaxy A03. Though the company did mention that it may vary with markets.

After flashing the Samsung Browser update, you will get an enhanced search experience, protection against transparent pixels, page support, and more along with several enhancements and refinements.

The major attraction of the new software is the "Focus Mode." The URL bar which was accessible from the top has now reached the bottom of the screen with this feature. Therefore, it will be easier to reach the bar and switch sites with one hand. However, the feature is optional and can be enabled from within the browser settings.

Just like the focus mode, the next feature is also similar to the iOS 15 version of Apple's Safari browser. Samsung Internet is getting support for the group tabs. Thus, making it more comfortable for users to group related tabs together. Moreover, you can also rename, edit, or delete your group tabs as required.

The next change is the "Labs feature" which brings the support for HTTPS upgrades. Once enabled, all the web pages will be upgraded to HTTPS automatically. Furthermore, you can now disable your status bar from the settings to get an uninterrupted view of your screen.

The Indian and Global units of Poco X3 and Poco X3 NFC respectively have started to experience a new software update, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced. Basically, the package is a huge under-the-hood update that elevates the user experience by providing a more fluid performance.

For the Poco X3, the new software is rolling out in India and can be identified by the firmware version V12.5.4.0 RJGINXM. Whereas for the Poco X3 NFC, the package is unfurling to the Global users on version number V12.5.4.0.RJGMIXM. Also, the update is based on Android 11, implying it will bring the features of the new build. However, no such changes are mentioned in the changelog.

Regarding changes, the philosophy behind MIUI 12.5 Enhanced is to provide an uninterrupted flowing experience. Redmi Note 8 is finally receiving the Android 11 update!

Xiaomi has started to release Android 11 updates to its 2019 launched Redmi Note 8 series. Last month, the new operating system was pushed for the Redmi Note 8T. Now, it is extending to the standard Redmi Note 8 smartphone.

Presently, the latest update for the Redmi Note 8 is rolling out in India. It is just a matter of days till it reaches out to more regions. The Android 11 package is bundled with the firmware version V12.0.1.0.RCOINXM weighs approximately around 2.2GB in size. To mention, the software is still based on MIUI 12. We can expect the company to release MIUI 12.5 to the device in the upcoming month.

Android 12 update rolling out to the Unlocked Galaxy S21 in the US

Almost a week ago, Samsung released the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update to international and carrier-locked variants of the Galaxy S21 series in the US. The package is now extending to the unlocked variants of Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra in the country.

Almost all US carriers are experiencing the update including AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular South, Comcast, Sprint, Tracfone, and Xfinity Mobile. Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 11 4G with Helio G88 SoC, triple rear-camera, and more

Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi launched the Note 11 series last month in its home country. The lineup consists of three devices—  Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+. Today, the company has added one more device to the series, a 4G version of the vanilla Redmi Note 11.

Though the new device is called Redmi Note 11 4G. We can also consider it as a Redmi 10 with the only difference in camera. You'll get a 6.5" FullHD+ LCD with Redmi Note 11 4G with a 90Hz refresh rate. This will automatically switch to 45Hz or 60Hz when you're reading or watching a video.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 11 4G draws power from an Helio G88 SoC. Also, it boosts Android 11 out of the box paired with MIUI 12.5 on top. For security, the device offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. While the connectivity options onboard are USB-C, stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack, and IR blaster.

The Redmi Note 11 4G will cost CNY999 ($155/€140) for the lower variant (128GB/ 4GB RAM). For the upper model (128GB/ 6GB RAM), the price goes up to CNY1,099 ($170/€155). The device will go on sale in China from December 1, while the availability in other regions is still undercover.
