Xiaomi has unveiled a new smartphone in its home market today— Xiaomi Civi 1S. As the name suggests, the smartphone is an upgraded version of the Xiaomi Civi that was launched last year. With that saying, let's check out the new device in detail.
Xiaomi Civi 1S Specifications
Considering the design, the Xiaomi Civi 1S is identical to the original Xiaomi Civi and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a centered punch-hole cutout. The panel offers an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, a 10-bit color depth, 402 PPI, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
Under the helm, the Xiaomi Civi 1S draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the software front, the phone boosts
Android 12 out of the box tossed with a layer of MIUI 13 on top.
Furthermore, the Xiaomi Civi 1S carries a triple rear camera setup led by a 64MP primary shooter. Alongside, there's an 8MP ultra-wide unit and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front, the phone houses a 32MP lens for selfies and video chats.
