Realme C25 receives stable Android 12 update based on Realme UI 3.0

The Realme C25 is receiving its first major update. The device was launched last year in March with Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. The company is now releasing the stable Android 12 update to the handset along with a layer of Realme UI 3.0 on top.

The latest update for the Realme C25 is bundled with the firmware version RMX3091_11_C.02 weighing 3.56GB to download. As of now, the package is rolling out in the Philippines, while it will soon be available in other markets as well.

  • Optimize accessibility: Adds visuals to text instructions for an intuitive understanding of accessibility features.

  • Optimize function categorization by grouping them into view, hearing, interactive, and general actions.

  • TalkBack supports multiple system apps including Photos, Phone, Email, and Calendar.

Oppo Reno 8 Lite leaked, tipped to power Snapdragon 695 SoC

Furthermore, Oppo can ship the Reno 8 Lite with a 4500 mAh battery and a 33W fast charging support. OnePlus releases any build in three different channels— Closed Beta, Open Beta, and Stable. In the latest news, the company has announced OxygenOS 12 Closed Beta testing program for the OnePlus 9RT 5G users in India. The smartphone was released back in 2021 with Android 11 out of the box.

The formal announcement was made via the OnePlus Community forum. According to the post, the smartphone brand will only recruit 200 closed beta testers for the program. Also, this will be short-term testing emphasizing improving the upcoming OxygenOS 12 for the OnePlus 9RT 5G.

As mentioned, OnePlus will release only a few builds and the selected users will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the company. These 200 users are expected to stay in touch regularly via Telegram to report bugs/issues and provide suggestions to the software team. Also, they need to be an active member of the OnePlus Community.


Moreover, keep in note that this beta build will be loaded with bugs and glitches. Therefore, you will have to remain patient to test and improve the development. OnePlus says that the users will have to “tolerate its instability and accept all risks which might be caused by it.” In addition, do not forget to take a backup of your data as this version requires a clean flash.

Oppo Reno 8 arrives on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC

The Reno 8 series by Oppo seems to be in the works. The lineup could include three smartphones: Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro, as well as Reno 8 SE or Reno 8 Lite. The smartphones are rumored to launch in May, but there’s no word from the company yet. In the meantime, the vanilla model has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. According to the Geekbench portal, the vanilla Oppo Reno 8 will bear the model number PGAM10. The device has managed to score 712 in the single-core round and 2385 in the multi-core test. In addition, the website reveals some key details, including processor, storage option, operating system, and more.

The Oppo Reno 8 will draw power from a processor codenamed taro with a peak clock speed of 2.36GHz. This could be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset which is rumored to debut with the Reno 8 series. Also, the listing mentions an 8GB RAM model. Although we expect the company to introduce more storage configurations as well.



On the software front, the Geekbench listing confirms the presence of Android 12 out of the box. This further will be tossed with a layer of ColorOS 12.1 on top.

In March 2022, Xiaomi announced the Redmi 10A smartphone with a 6.3-inch IPS LCD. The Vivo T1 Pro 5G is built around a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch cutout on top. The panel offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and an HDR10+ certification. A 4,700 mAh battery lights up the screen with 66W fast charging support.

Under the hood, a Snapdragon 680 SoC powers the device paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Software-wise, the Vivo Y55 4G comes pre-installed with Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12.

Google Pixel Foldable Smartphone specifications revealed in render leaks

It's been a long time since we are expecting a foldable smartphone from Google. Well, it seems like we don't have to wait for long now. Reportedly, a Pixel foldable phone will debut in the second half of the year. Ahead of any official announcement, the device's specifications have managed to leak online. Here's what we know so far!

According to the tipsters, the upcoming Google foldable phone will feature a 5.8-inch cover display. In this case, we can say that it will be identical to the Oppo Find N. On the other side, the foldable screen will measure 8-inches, which is similar to what we expect from the Galaxy Z Fold 4. While the Pixel foldable can offer a wider aspect ratio compared to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.

Other than this, some specifications were tipped in the past as well. The Google Pixel foldable smartphone is expected to carry a dual-camera setup on the back. The capacity of the rear module could stand at 12.2MP primary lens and a 12MP ultrawide unit. For selfies and video calls, the phone is likely to house an 8MP shooter on the foldable screen. Also, the same lens will be placed on the outer display.
