The Vivo T2 series was supposed to make its debut in May. However, due to some unknown reasons, the launch was postponed to June. Now, the lineup is scheduled to set foot in the Chinese market on June 6. Ahead of the official launch, the Vivo T2 5G has been spotted on the China Telecom listing. The portal confirms the key specifications and design details. Also, some reports have revealed the pricing details of the device as well.
According to the China Telecom website, the upcoming Vivo T2 5G will bear the model number V2199GA. Talking about the design, the smartphone will feature an identical to the iQOO Neo 6. On the front, the phone will flaunt a hole-punch cutout at the top center and a triple rear camera setup at the back housed inside a square shape module.
As per the listing, the Vivo T2 5G will sport a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. Also, a 4,700 mAh battery will keep the system working with an 80W fast charging support.
Underneath, the Vivo T2 5G will draw power from a Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM. For software, the phone will boot Android 12 along with OriginOS Ocean on top.
On the rear side, the Vivo T2 5G will hold a 64MP primary lens, 8MP secondary sensor, and another 2MP unit. On the other hand, the front is tipped to pack a 16MP snapper.
The other features revealed by the portal are a USB Type-C port, GPS, 163.00×76.16×8.54mm dimensions, and 190 grams weight.
Vivo T2 5G Price (expected)
Reportedly, the Vivo T2 5G will arrive in three storage options: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The base model is expected to be priced at ¥2199, while the top-end variant will cost ¥2699. For the mid-model, it is likely to cost ¥2499. The smartphone is shown in Blue and Black color options.
