Following its protocol, Realme is gearing up to add the Master Explorer Edition to the Realme GT 2 series. The handset is expected to launch in the coming weeks. Ahead of any official announcement, the smartphone has arrived on the TENAA certification website, shedding light on the design and key specs. Talking about the design, the upcoming Realme handset will feature a flat edge and metal chassis, just like the Realme GT Neo 3. On the rear side, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will come with a triple camera setup. Also, the volume rockers and power button will be placed on the left edge and right edge of the device, respectively.
As per the TENAA's listing, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will sport a 6.7-inch 10-bit AMOLED display. The panel will offer a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it will weigh 199grams and measure 161.3 × 74.3 × 8.2mm in dimensions.
For optics, the triple rear camera setup will consist of a 50MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP auxiliary unit. On the front, the phone will house a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls.
Underneath, the phone will draw power from an octa-core processor based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Furthermore, the portal reveals the presence of a 2,440 mAh dual-cell battery, providing a total capacity of 4,960 mAh. The power cell is also suggested to support 100W of fast charging.
