Realme Narzo 50 gets Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 Early Access Beta

Realme is constantly delivering the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 package to its eligible smartphones. In the latest development, the Chinese tech giant has initiated the Realme UI 3.0 Early Access Beta Program for the Realme Narzo 50 users in India.

The statement was made official via the Realme community forum along with some essential details. The registration channel is open from June 14, 2022. As this is an early access beta program, it will be available to 3,000 users initially. Also, the applications will be accepted in batches for the users who registered early. How to apply for the Early Access Beta Program?



  1. Head to phone Settings > Software update

  2. Look for the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen

  3. Click upgrade and early adopters and tap on Trial Version

  4. Scroll down and click on Apply now

  5. Submit your details and finish the quiz


Before applying, make sure your Narzo 50 is at least 60% charged and is running on the required RMX3286_11.A.54 / A.55 / A.56 version. In addition, the company has also issued some key points that are to be taken care of.

  • Please make sure your phone is not rooted.

  • To prevent data loss, back up your data before proceeding.

  • Some third-party application versions might not be compatible with Android 12 yet, after updating these applications might not be available or crash on your device. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available on the Play Store before your update.

  • The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and affect daily use.

  • Please ensure that the available phone storage is more than 10 GB. Otherwise, there will be a risk of update failure.

  • Due to unpredictable factors such as network communication and strategy adjustment, it is not possible to guarantee that every applicant will receive the update. In case the update is not received, we suggest you patiently wait for the official release.

Galaxy Z Fold 4 arrives on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be one of the devices Samsung will introduce at the Galaxy Unpacked event in August 2022. As per rumors, the next generation of foldable will go official on August 26. Although Samsung has not yet confirmed the same. Ahead of any official announcement, the Galaxy Fold 4 has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The listing sheds light on some of its key details that follow below.

On the Geekbench testing, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has managed to score 1351 points in the single-core round and 3808 in the multi-core round. In addition, the portal reveals some key details of the handset, including operation system, processor, and storage configuration.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 bears the model number SM-F936U and will power the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. To recall, its partner: Galaxy Z Flip 4 will also equip a similar processor. Further, the chipset will be paired with Adreno 730 GPU.



In addition, the portal reveals that the model will have 12GB of RAM at the very least. Also, Samsung is rumored to launch the Galaxy Fold 4 with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage options. Xiaomi 12S appears on Geekbench, confirms Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 underneath

The Xiaomi 12 series was launched in China back in December 2021, while it took three months to introduce the flagship to the global market. The lineup includes three devices: Xiaomi 12Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 12X. In the latest development, a couple of devices: Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro will join the list soon. The Xiaomi 12S bears the 2206123SC model number. On the Geekbench portal, the phone has managed to score 1328 points in the single-Core round and 4234 in the multi-core round testing. Further, the listing reveals the processor and storage configuration of the device.

The Xiaomi 12S will power an octa-core chipset with four Cores clocked at 2.02 GHz, three cores clocked at 2.75GHz, and one prime core at 3.19Hz clock speed. Considering the information, this is the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset integrated with Adreno 730 GPU.



In addition, the database confirms a 12GB RAM model of the Xiaomi 12S. Although we can expect more RAM and storage options as well. On the software front, the handset will come pre-installed with Android 12 along with a layer of MIUI 13 on top.

To recall, the same Xiaomi 12S was previously spotted on China's 3C website revealing a 67W fast charging speed. Moreover, the smartphone is tipped to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display and a rear camera setup led by a 50MP main lens.

Asus is preparing to expand its gaming flagship with the introduction of the ROG Phone 6 series. A couple of weeks back, the company announced the launch date for the same which is July 5. The 3C certification database reveals the model number “ASUS_AI2201_A” for the vanilla ROG Phone 6. On the other hand, the Pro model bears the model number “ASUS_AI2201_B.” Besides, the charging speed of the devices, the portal confirms the 5G connectivity onboard for the ROG Phone 6 series.

Oppo K10 and Reno 7 5G joins the stable Android 12 update party!

Like every major smartphone brand, Oppo has tossed the Android 12 OS with its own skin iteration: ColorOS 12. The first smartphone to get the package was the Find X3 lineup followed by more of its flagships. In the latest news, the company is delivering the latest operating system to the K10 and Reno 7 5G smartphones.



The latest Android 12 x ColorOS 12 software for the Oppo K10 and Reno 7 5G is rolling out in India. More regions could get the update soon over the next few weeks. For the Oppo K10, the build is bundled with the firmware version C.07, while the Reno 7 5G is upgrading with version number C.18.
