The Lenovo-owned company is gearing up to unveil a new set of smartphones. While the Moto Edge series is ready to make its debut in the market. The company is preparing a new affordable handset as well: Moto G Go. Ahead of any official announcement, the phone has made an appearance on the Geekbench certification website. On the Geekbench 5 certification, the Moto G Go has managed to score 141 points in the single-core test, while the points for multi-core tests stand at 508. Further, the arrival of the device here divulges the key details about the processor, operating system, and more.
Under the hood, the Moto G Go will draw power from an octa-core processor with ARM “MT6762G”. This codename represents MediaTek Helio G25 SoC. The chipset arrives with four cores running at 1.5GHz and four cores running at 2GHz. In addition, it will be paired with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
Moreover, the upcoming device will boost Android 11 out of the box. Stating the fact that Android 13 is already out, this is quite a disappointment. Considering the name, it seems like the handset will run on the Android Go edition. Apart from this, the portal confirms a 2GB RAM model of the device. Although, the company might introduce multiple storage options. It is likely to arrive in 32GB and 64GB variants.

Except for the above-mentioned details, the full specification of the Moto G Go is still unknown. As per the leaks, the phone will feature an IPS LCD screen and a 5MP camera at the front. On the other side, it may equip a 13MP primary and a 2MP secondary lens. Likewise, it is tipped to carry a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack onboard.
At the front, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G features a 6.58-inches full HD+ display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The panel comes with support for automatic refresh rate shifts, 400nits of peak brightness, and Widewine L1. That means you can stream full HD content on Netflix, YouTube, and other OTT apps. Also, it is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Under the hood, the smartphone draws power from a Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC. The processor is paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. If you want, the RAM can be expanded via the virtual RAM feature. On the software front, the phone runs Android 12 out of the box along with MIUI 13 on top.
Moreover, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G ships with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 18W of fast charging. According to the company, the phone comes with an integrated 5G power modem for better efficiency. Therefore, it will provide more battery backup even on a 5G network.
For optics, there's an 8MP lens to take selfies and video calls. On the other side, the phone carries a dual camera setup led by a 50MP main snapper. Accompanying this is a 2MP Portrait lens. The other notable specs of the phone include dual 5G standby, a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR Blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and AI face unlock.
