LG G5 coming to T-Mobile as LG G4 gets a Pirce Cut

LG G5 is official now and will be available in stores later this month. As T-mobile is cutting price of LG G4 down from $599 to $349. This shows that the pre-orders date is approaching soon.

Although, this deal is only valid for the ‘Metallic Gray’ version of the phone, meaning that you’re out of luck if you were hoping to get a stitched brown leather model. Furthermore, do bear in mind that T-Mobile will sell you a branded SIM-locked version of the LG G4. T-Mobile is also selling the phone through its installment plan for $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $14.59.

Sony Xperia Z5 series getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow in Japan

As they promised Sony is rolling out the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow to Sony Xperia Z5, Z5 compact and Z5 premium in Japan on Docomo Network. There is no information when the update will reach other parts of the world and when the unlocked devices will get this update.

Although the Xperia Z series is no more and comes up with the all new Sony Xperia X series during mobile world confrence (MWC 2016) in Barcelona. So, taking all this into consideration, there might be a big chance that the ongoing Android 6.0 Marshmallow rollout to be the last important software upgrade received by the Xperia Z5 line-up.

Google's Hiroshi Lockheimer Teases Android N Name

It might be troll or Google is teasing us with the new Android N name. Google’s Hiroshi Lockheimer, Senior Vice President for Android, tweeted out that he “received a tip” that Nori is not just a healthy treat but also tastes delicious.

For all those who don’t know what is Nori then you need to search about it on wikipedia as Lockheimer linked to a Wikipedia article about Nori in his tweet. Basically, it is basically seaweed and can be typically found in Japanese cuisine, along with several other Asian fares.


We can’t say anything about the Android N linkage to this tweet but we can’t even deny any attachment to the upcoming version of the Operating System. It can be his favourite food that he wants to share with whole world or it can be a hint or tease to upcoming Android N.

Huawei P9 expected at Huawei's 9th March Event in Berlin

Huawei is holding an event in Berlin on 9th of March 2016. Company may be going to launch its Huawei P9 smartphone with dual camera’s and finger print sensor.

In the teaser photo show beer being poured in a glass, although we’re not sure what it has to do with the event, especially the word ‘Beer’ below the glass. Anyhow if it smartphone related event than Huawei P9 will be the device to showcase in that event.


According to all the leaks and rumors Huawei P9 will have a Kirin 950 CPU, Mali-T880 GPU, 3GB of RAM, and a 3900mAh battery. The P9 will also have a 5.2 inch screen with a 1080p resolution. It also features a 12-megapixel dual rear camera, as well as a secondary 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front and Finger Print sensor at the back.


As far as connectivity is concerned, P9 will be the first flagship from Huawei to include a reversible USB Type-C connector.Moreover the Huawei P9 will runs on the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of box. Today AT&T and sprint also starts shipping Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. Earlier on Sunday T-Mobile had started shipping out per-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. The Official shipping date for both handsets is March 11th, its coming before time which is good for people who have per-ordered it.

Lenovo Sends out invites for the Vibe K5 and K5 Plus Launch in India

Lenovo has Launched its Vibe K5 Plus at MWC 2016. Now company starts sending invites for the Launch event for Vibe K5 and K5 Plus in India on March 15.Lenovo also tweets the information about the Phones coming to india. Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus is priced at $129 and $149 respectively at MWC 2016.

It features a 5-inch full HD (1080p) display, the Vibe K5 Plus is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 616 1.7GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Also on offer is 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot for support up to 32GB. It also has 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera, 4G LTE support and phone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow begins Rolling Out to Droid Turbo 2

Verizon has announced that Android 6.0 Marshmallow update is rolling out now to Droid Turbo 2. Earlier in February Verizon has posted information to its DROID Turbo 2 support pages suggesting that the Smartphone is set to receive Android Marshmallow. Although within a couple of hours the information is pulled off from the support Page.


The update looks to be rollout in two parts. The first will arrive as software version 23.31.24, before the big dog 24.14.10 shows up. It’s the second update that takes you to Marshmallow.


If you still did not get the notification for OTA yet.Than search it manually on the smartphone by going through the settings.
