However, it was confirmed when Direct TV tweeted on their official Twitter account that, indeed, HBO Go will be available on May 2, 2011. But, it appears to be that HBO has unveiled their much awaited app earlier than it is expected. The app is now live and users under the subscription of the PayTV service can download it to selected Android devices.
