HTC starts rolling out Android 6.0.1 marshmallow to its Desire EYE in UAE and it was reported that some European countries are also getting this Update. US users of Desire EYE will get the update later this month.
Few months earlier @LlabTooFeR revealed that HTC’s Desire Eye smartphone will receive the Android Marshmallow update sometime later this year. So now what said is truth and the update comes in two parts weighing in at a total of 1.6GB. The first update prepares the phone for Marshmallow, while the second one contains the actual Android 6.0.1 files.
HTC rolls out Sense UI version 7.0 along with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with all the basic feature of the firmware like Google Now On Tap is a contextual search engine that produces search results based on the content on your screen, And with the update, app permissions can be given or denied on a feature-by-feature basis.
