[Update: Semptember 2020 Security Patch] Realme C2 Updates Tracker

Realme C2 was launched officially in 2019 at an affordable price tag of Rs. 7,999. Taking about the features, the device comes with a 6.1-inch display and is available in 2/3GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the device is powered by the Mediatek’s Helio P22 (12 nm) Chipset coupled with an Octa-core processor and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

[September 16, 2020]: Realme C2 smartphone has finally started experiencing the ColorOS 6 based September 2020 Security update. The update is coming on the RMX1945EX_11_A.29/ RMX1941EX_11_A.29 build number. As per the changelog, the update features the latest Security Patch, fixes for known issues, and a few improvements. The update is only meant to increase the Stability and Security Patch level of the smartphone.

[July 22, 2020]: The July 2020 Security Patch update for the Realme C2 is arriving on the RMX1941EX_11.A.27 Firmware version. According to the changelog, the update brings the Realme link application, the latest Security Patch, fixes for known issues, and a few improvements. [January 29, 2020]: Another update started rolling out for Realme C2 smartphone with January 2020 Security Patch. The new update is bumping on the RMX1941EX_11.A.23 build number. Apart from the latest Security Patch and a few fixes, the update doesn’t come with any features. Click here to know more details about this update.

In terms of availability, the company is rolling out the update in batches, which means a set of random users will start getting the update now. After the successful verification of this update, everyone will be experiencing it within a week.
