At the beginning of 2020, Oppo has officially unveiled the Oppo Reno 3 Pro smartphone. The device sports a 6.4-inch display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and is powered by a Mediatek Helio P95 (12 nm) Chipset. In-camera, there’s a 64-MP + 13-MP + 8-MP + 2-MP quad rear camera and a 44-MP + 2-MP dual rear camera. The smartphone is available in 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of onboard storage.

- [October 4, 2020]: Oppo has started seeding out the September 2020 Security patch update to the Oppo Reno 3 Pro users. The update is bumping on the CPH2035_11_A.25 Firmware version and is rolling globally. Coming to the changelog, apart from the latest Security patch, there’s nothing new in this update. So, this update might also include fixes for known issues, optimizations, and improvements.
- [July 11, 2020]: Starting from this day, Oppo Reno 3 Pro smartphones have started receiving June 2020 Security patch update. The update appears on the CPH2035_11_A.19 and features the Mail app and Oppo Relax app, and a few fixes. Apart from that, the company has not added any new features to the device. Similar to all the other updates, the company is sending the updates in phases, and it may take some time to reach all the units. In the meanwhile, navigate to Settings>Software updates and check for updates to manually check the update status. We also suggest you switch over to a WiFi network to avoid carrier data charges.
