It seems like OnePlus had doubled up its updating speed. Recently, many devices including the OnePlus 6 series, Nord CE 5G, and many more got bumped with the OxygenOS level. OnePlus Nord is also getting similar treatment. The device is receiving a new software update with OxygenOS 11.1.4.4.

The latest software is rolling out for Indian, European, and Global variants of OnePlus Nord. The build bears the firmware version 11.1.4.4.AC01AA for global units. Whereas, it arrives on version number 11.1.4.4.AC01DA and 11.1.4.4.AC01BA for India and Europe respectively.
Concerning changes, the software addresses few issues related to the system performance. Moreover, the package reduces the power consumption in specific scenarios, ultimately extending the battery life. Furthermore, it brings along the June 2021 Android security patch. Before flashing the build, OnePlus advises the users to ensure that the battery level is above 30% and to keep at least 3GB of storage space is free.
As usual, the OTA update is having a staged rollout and it will hit a limited number of users at first. Eventually, a border rollout will follow after making sure that there are no critical bugs. But you can always navigate the software by heading to the phone's Settings > Software update > Check for update, tap on Download and install if the firmware pops up.
