Though the listing does not reveal much except the model number and charging capacity, we still have some render leaks with us. The Motorola Moto Edge X will bear the model number XT2201-2 as per 3C certification. Further, it will support a fast charging technology of 68.2W.
However, the certification does not disclose the name of the device but, noticing the charging speed, the device belongs to a premium category. Joining the dots, Moto Edge X is the only one that fits into the description.
As a premium smartphone, Moto Edge X is likely to support an AMOLED display with a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device could draw power from either Snapdragon 888 or Snapdragon 898 chipset, which is set to debut this month. Also, it could offer up to 12GB of RAM.
For shooting purposes, the Moto Edge X is tipped to house a triple rear camera led by a 108MP primary sensor. Moreover, the leaks suggest that the smartphone will probably pack a 4,500mAh or 5,000mAh power cell with the mentioned charging capacity.
Keep in note that these are just assumptions, the official details are still undercover. To put a stamp on this, we have to wait for the company's confirmation. Now that the device has started to surface online, we can expect more details to unveil soon.
