[Update: October 2021 Security Patch] Realme Narzo 50A & 50i Series Updates Tracker

Realme Narzo 50 series include two smartphones— Narzo 50A and Narzo 50i. The smartphones were launched in September 2021 featuring a 6.5 inch IPS LCD. The series is run by Mediatek Helio G85 with Android 11 pre-installed. For shooting purposes, Narzo 50 houses a 50MP triple rear camera and an 8MP selfie lens. While the Narzo 50i carries an 8MP rear and a 5MP front-facing snapper.

Realme Narzo 50A & 50i Series Updates Tracker

The updates will be placed below in descending order according to the date released. 

• [November 8, 2021]: Realme Narzo 50i is receiving a new update that adds the October 2021 security patch. Currently, the update is unfurling in India via the firmware version RMX3231_11.A.51, it will soon hit other regions as well. Additionally, the build also fixes some known issues and carries some improvements to system stability.

As usual, Realme is incrementally pushing the updates. Thus, you may have to wait for some time to receive the update. Alternatively, you can also check the update status manually by heading over to Settings > Software updates > Check for the updates. Also, we suggest you switch over to a WiFi network to avoid carrier data charges.
