This year in October, Amazfit introduced their third generation of wearables— GTR 3 Pro, GTR 3, and GTS 3. So far, the company has sent a single update to the smart devices. And now it's time for them to get more goodies via the second major software update, making them more advanced and future-proof.

Talking about the GTR 3 Pro, the new software can be identified by the 8.26.3.1 label number. Once the update is installed, you will get several new features including the GoPro mini-app which can be downloaded from the Zepp app store. The other changes include the addition of the screen lock function in the control center. This feature will make it easy for users to lock the watch to avoid any accidental touches. You can refer to the changelog below for more details.
What's New
- Add background app status indicator on watch faces
- Add screen lock function in the control center:
- Add Manual altitude calibration
- Improves ystem stability
- Fixing of some known bugs.
For the standard variant: Amazfit GTR 3, there is no particular list of changes but the additions should remain the same. Although, we are not yet sure what the new version will bring to the smartwatch.
Moving forth to Amazfit GTS 3, the changes are a part of version number 7.30.3.1. The changelog stands similar to the GTR 3 Pro. The only exclusive feature for the GTR 3 Pro is the GoPro mini-app store addition.
