Now that the Galaxy S21 series is operating the stable One UI 4.0, Samsung is extending the beta program to more of its flagships. Ahead of the company's leaked schedule, the Galaxy Note 10 series is entering the One UI 4.0 beta stage in its home country.
Both
Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+ are joining the
Android 12 based One UI 4.0 beta program. As expected, only South Korean units of the series are eligible to participate in the beta build. While the other markets like India, China, and the US could also get it soon.
As always, all you need to do is visit the Samsung Members app. Therein, tap on the One UI Beta Program banner on the home page and tap enroll button at the end of the page. After enrolling, flash the One UI 4.0 beta via Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Concerning changes, there is no official changelog by the company. However, the One UI 4.0 will bring numerous enhancements and new features. The duo will get the new
Material You design by
Google with a redesigned UI. Moreover, Samsung is releasing the virtual
RAM Plus feature to the Galaxy Note 10 series for the first time with this update. This means you can make use of up to 4GB of your internal storage to act like RAM.
Note: This is a beta update. we recommend you take a backup of your important files and data before flashing the beta build. The reason being it could carry a lot of bugs, hindering the user experience.
