OPPO has confirmed the official launch date of its next-gen Find-series premium smartphones. The Find X5 series is scheduled to launch on February 24 via a virtual event. Meanwhile, the Find X5 and X5 Pro are spotted on TENAA, revealing their major specifications before the official announcement.

The Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro are expected to share the operating system, charging capacity, and camera. The series is likely to offer Android 12 OS preinstalled with ColorOS 12.1 on top. Also, the devices support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. In addition, both phones have an under-display fingerprint scanner.
Furthermore, For optics, the OPPO Find X5 and X5 Pro are tipped to offer a 32 MP camera for selfies and video calls. On the other side, they could carry a triple rear island led by a 50 MP primary sensor. The other lenses include a 50 MP ultrawide and a 13 MP telephoto unit.

The OPPO Find X5 has a 6.55-inch AMOLED flat display with an FHD+ resolution. Under the hood, it could run Snapdragon 888 or 888+ chipset. The phone may come in 128 GB and 256 GB of storage option paired with 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM respectively.
Further, the smartphone is likely to ship with a 2,340mAh dual-cell battery. Though some reports suggest the typical value of the power cell combined is 4,800mAh.
OPPO Find X5 Pro (rumored)
The OPPO Find X5 Pro is built around a 6.7-inch AMOLED curved-edge screen with a QHD+ resolution. Unlike the standard model, it could run Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip coupled with up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of storage. Moreover, a 2,440mAh dual-cell battery can keep the system working, which by the way, is rated 5,000mAh combined.
