OnePlus 9 & 9 Pro gets OxygenOS 12 C.48 update with April 2022 security patch

A few months back, the OnePlus 9 series got upgraded to OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12. Since then, the company is seeding out new updates to polish the user experience. On that note, the company is ready to deliver C.48 software update to the OnePlus 9 duo based on the latest operating system.

The latest software update for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro is rolling out in India, North America, and Europe. The package is bundled with version C.48. For the OnePlus 9 handset, the package will bump the version to LE2111_11.C.48 for Indian users. While the European and North American models will get LE2113_11.C.48  and LE2115_11.C.48  respectively.
Whereas, the software arrives on version LE2121_11.C.48​ for the Indian models of the OnePlus 9 Pro. The NA and EU users will experience the update via LE2125_11.C.48  and LE2123_11.C.48 build numbers.


Regarding changes, the build does not carry any significant changes. However, it improves the system's stability, ensuring a seamless experience. In addition, the security patch is bumped to April 2022.

As always, the new software is rolling out in batches and will reach out to you via an OTA. Accordingly, it will roll out to limited users at first, while a border release will take place in a few days. Meanwhile, the user can track the build manually via Software updates under the Settings menu.
