Last year in November, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11T 5G smartphone in India. The device is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11 that is available in China. It runs Android 11 out of the box along with MIUI 12.5. Now, the company is delivering its first major update with the Android 12-based MIUI 13 skin iteration.

The latest software update for the Redmi Note 11T 5G can be identified by the firmware version V13.0.5.0.SGBINXM. As of now, the package is rolling out in the Indian market. Also, the build is currently available for the Mi Pilot testers. It will eventually be available for regular users after ensuring the absence of critical bugs.
As for changes, the changelog claims to improve the system security by integrating the August 2022 security patch. In addition to this, the build optimizes the mind map nodes and enhances accessibility support for phone, clock, and weather apps. Also, the overall system stability is improved.
