Underneath, the Vivo V25 5G will equip a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC paired with an 8GB RAM model at least. It will come with 8GB of Extended RAM support feature as well. For software, it will run Android 12 out of the box along with Funtouch OS 12 on top.
In terms of optics, the handset will carry a triple-camera setup led by a 64MP primary unit. Accompanying this will be an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens. The cutout will house a 50MP lens with eye auto-focus support. Also, it will be a Bokeh Flare Portrait mode, which is said to deliver “natural and dreamlike bokeh.”
