Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro to Launch on October 13

Alongside the launch of Pixel 6a, Google teased the design of the Pixel 7 series at Google I/O 2022. The company said that the pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will go official in the fall of this year. According to the rumors, the tech giant is expected to hold the launch event in October to announce its next generation of smartphones. In addition, the event can also mark the launch of the first Google smartwatch: the Pixel Watch.

A well-known tipster Jon Prosser has pitched the launch date of the upcoming Pixel smartphones. The devices are said to be revealed on October 13 in the US, while the pre-orders are said to begin on October 6.

The words about the Pixel 7 series are on the street for a few months now. The key specifications of the handsets are leaked already. The Pixel 7 may feature a 90Hz 6.3-inch display, while the Pro model can sport a larger 6.7-inch 120Hz display.

Under the helm, the lineup will draw power from the next-generation Tensor chipset. However, the details of the processor remain unknown at the moment. Although the company might pair it with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the software front, the family will be the first one to run the stable Android 13 OS.

Moreover, the leaks have also revealed the camera capacity of the devices. The Pixel 7 series may house an 11MP sensor with dual pixels on the front. Xiaomi 12T to power Dimensity 8100 Ultra SoC, claims leak

Xiaomi is planning to extend the Xiaomi 12 lineup with the T-mobile variants. Reportedly, the Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro are in the works and can soon unveil in the global markets. However, the company has not made any official announcement yet. In the meantime, the specifications and key details of the vanilla Xiaomi 12T have managed to leak online. Under the hood, the Xiaomi 12T is likely to draw power from the Dimensity 8100 Ultra SoC. Although the specifics of the chipset remain unknown, it can be an improved version of the Dimensity 8100 Max.

In terms of optics, the handset is suggested to offer a triple-camera setup at the back. The module can consist of a 108MP primary unit, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. At the front, a 20MP lens can serve selfies and video calls.
