Unlike earlier, now it is easier for users to search for the required game. Though it took almost a year for Google, finally you can search on Stadia but only on web app as of now. The search option can be noticed at the left side of the controller button, at the top-right corner. Whereas the mobile app is still behind with a basic “filter search” which is used to filter any given list like games in your library or games on Stadia.

The update is a part of version 3.44 of the Stadia app which is available via the Play Store and the App Store. Like every other search bar, you just need to type the game you're looking for. The search result will be offered by Stadia web which is not great, but the best!

Moreover, the version also brings streamlined login which is effortless. Earlier, you needed to click on the “Get Started” button, click on which an account selection was to be made. In the latest Stadia 3.44 on Android, the account selector process is shifted right on the first page, making it simple and quick.

In the latest news, the MIUI Launcher Alpha is getting a low-key yet important animation. This animation is when an app is loading, like following a reboot, a loading icon will appear on the screen to show that the app is not loaded. This all seems to be a part of MIUI 13 preparation. Moreover, the update resolves a number of bugs and issues that were a part of previous Alpha builds.

Previously, when the apps used to pop up one by one and the launch would restart after stuttering. It stops the user from using the launcher until it is fully prepared.

These animation and bug fixes are a part of MIUI Launcher Alpha v4.26.0.4048-11301642. You can visit the link provided at the end of this page to flash the APK file. However, the build may not work on Global ROMs but it will definitely work for Xiaomi.eu users.

Google Search app shifts search bar to the bottom

Just like Apple, Google is also improving the one-handed usage of its first-party apps. Several apps on the Android 12 Material You theme have most UI elements shifted to the bottom. Yesterday, the Google Chat app on Android also got a new bottom bar UI for better reachability. Now, a similar update is unfurling to the Google Search app where the search bar is shifting to the bottom.

With the bottom search bar, it will become easier to use one-handed mode and everything from scrolling to searching will be in the reach of your thumb. To mention, unlike other Google apps, this is not a Material You update. It is just a change in the placement of the search bar which is falling in line with Google's current launcher design. Though we can expect the Material You update for the Google Search app as most of its first-party app now follows the same theme.

The change is a part of the Google App beta version 12.47.12. For now, the switch is not noticeable for very beta users. It is probably having a slow rollout. So, we can say that the public rollout is not near anyway! But you can try flashing the beta version from the link below.
