The source has shared a screenshot of the description of the Google Health app. However, the app is not yet approved. Also, it is not sure if the Health app will make it up for global users.

See a unified view of your health, pulling together info from your doctor’s visit, labs, and more. Get started by linking your online accounts from places where you’ve received your healthcare,” reads the description.

Google Health App Mentioning again, the app is still in its early stage of development and is not sure to launch for the public. Though, it has some menus already, including profile pages, records, contacts, and sharing. The presence of the contact and sharing tab indicates that it will require permission to read contacts.
