Realme started the Early Access Beta program for Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 in December 2020 to test its functioning on budget smartphones. The latest software for the Realme X2 Pro can be identified by the firmware version RMX1931_11_F.11. However, in order to flash the update, the user needs to be on the version number RMX1931EX_11.C.37 or RMX1931EX_11.C.38.
The package brings all the Android 11 goodies accompanied by the Realme UI 2.0. Android 11 brings a lot of new additions like chat bubbles, native screen recorder, one-time permissions, smart device controls, and much more.
These are further tossed with Realme UI 2.0 attributes like UI customization, new seamless fun for Gen Z design, new Always-on Display, three style dark mode, notification history, and much more. Moreover, the update makes numerous changes to the performance and user experience.
Realme will push this update randomly to a limited number of users to ensure its stability. After making sure there are no critical bugs, the broader rollout will release soon in the coming days.
In case you don't like the new version, the company has provided an option to switch back to Android 10. However, this will cost you the internal storage of the device.
