Realme debuted the Reale C12 smartphone in August 2020 featuring a 6.5-inch display. It is powered by an Octa-core processor based MediaTek Helio G35 Chipset coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. In terms of camera, there’s a triple camera module led by a 13 MP primary sensor and a 5 MP single front-facing camera.

[October 25, 2021]: Realme is rolling out a new update for the C12 smartphone. It carries the firmware version RMX2189_11_C.08 for the Indian units of the smartphone. The device is receiving September 2021 security patch that brings fixes to known issues and optimizes system stability.

[April 26, 2021]: The Realme C12 is receiving the April 2021 security patch update in India and Europe with a build number RMX2189_11_A.93. It brings system stability and optimizes system performance. The new update is rolling out in India and Europe and will soon reach users in other regions.

[February 22, 2021]: The stable channel for Realme C15 is rolling out a new update featuring February 2021 Security Patch. Along with the bump in safety level, the update also addresses some bugs and brings fixes for them. Moreover, the package also optimizes the system stability and system performance. Like all the other updates, Realme is sending the updates in a phased manner. As a result, it is expected to reach all the units within a week. You can also check the update status manually by heading over to Settings > Software updates > Check for the updates. We also suggest you switch over to a WiFi network to avoid carrier data charges.
