Motorola Edge 30 Ultra arrives on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC

The Lenovo-owned company is preparing to extend the Moto Edge 30 lineup. The series already includes Edge 30 and Edge 30 Pro, while the Edge 30 Lite, Edge 30 Ultra, and Edge 30 Neo are in the works. In the latest development, the Moto Edge 30 Ulta has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The listing shed light on some key specs that follow below.

On the Geekbench portal, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has managed to score 1318 in the single-core test and 4235 in the multi-core test. Further, the database discloses some key details, including processor, GPU, operating system, and storage configuration.

Under the hood, the upcoming Moto phone will equip an octa-core processor. The chipset will clock four cores at 2.02GHz, three cores at 2.75GHz, and one prime core at 3.19GHz. Considering these details, this is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC. The processor will be integrated with Adreno 730 GPU to handle graphics.



On the software front, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will boost the latest stable Android 12 OS out of the box. In addition, the website confirms a 12GB RAM model of the device. Although we can expect the company to unveil more RAM and storage options.

As per rumors, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will come with a 144Hz 6.73-inch Full-HD+ curved AMOLED panel with HDR 10+ resolution. In addition, it can possibly pack a 4,500 mAh battery. For optics, the phone is suggested to come with a triple rear camera setup. The unit might consist of a 200MP primary lens, a 50MP secondary shooter, and a 12MP third snapper. At the front, a 60MP sensor may serve selfies and video calls.
