After unveiling the Xiaomi 12S series in its home country, the company is preparing to launch the Xiaomi 13 lineup in November 2022. The upcoming family will include three members: Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Ahead of the official launch, the leaks have revealed the display details of the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Here is what we know about the handset so far.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro will be a median model from the lineup. According to the rumors, the handset will feature a punch-hole cutout at the top center to house the front camera. The screen will be a 6.7-inches AMOLED display with up to 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, the company will use a Samsung E6 substrate flexible screen with narrow bezels and a micro-curved design on both sides.
Under the hood, the upcoming flagship can draw power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. In addition, the company can also equip an upgraded Surge P1 chip for more effective power management. On the software front, the devices are likely to come pre-installed with Android 13 OS along with MIUI 14 skin iteration on top.
Another leak reveals that the Xiaomi 13 series will support 120W fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. However, the battery capacity remains under cover.

Xiaomi has not officially confirmed any details about the Xiaomi 13 flagship yet. Although the Chief Executive Officer, Lei Jun has recently announced the launch of the next-generation Ultra smartphone in the global markets. That means, unlike the Xiaomi 12S, we can see the unveiling of the Xioami 13 in the coming months. Lastly, the upcoming devices can go official in China in November, while the global launch can happen early next year.
