Galaxy A52 joins One UI 5.0 beta program based on Android 13

In a surprising turn of events, Samsung has ditched its flagship phones to pick up the One UI 5.0 beta update. Instead, the mid-ranger Galaxy A52 becomes the latest device to get the Android 13-based beta program. So far, the company has been testing the Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy S21 series, making A52 the first budget handset to join the beta group.

As of now, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta program for the Galaxy A52 is available for users in India. The other markets will also get access to the program in the coming weeks. Moreover, it will bring OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature that will allow the user to copy text from an image and keyboard.
