Google Pixel 7 Pro teased officially, Pixel 7 hits Amazon

The Google Pixel 7 series along with Pixel Watch was teased back at Google I/O 2022 developer conference. The company is ready to take the wraps off its new hardware on October 6. Ahead of the launch, we've got a teaser for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The vanilla model was spotted on Amazon, while the tech giant officially teased the Pro variant.

So far, we have managed to take a peek at the Pixel 7 series, thanks to the leaks and rumors. Now, we finally have an official video of the Pixel 7 Pro, showcasing its design as promoted by Google. In terms of design, the device is quite identical to its predecessor, the Pixel 6 Pro. However, it renders a more premium look and a better camera arrangement.

The post confirms that the device will arrive in three color options: Obsidian, Snow, and Hazel. In addition, it will feature a polished aluminum frame. Here's how the handset will look from every angle.

On the other hand, the vanilla Pixel 7 was listed on the Amazon US website for $599. However, it has now been removed. Well, it looks like the leaks were true after all. In that case, the Pro variant may cost $899.

The Google Pixel 7 series will be similar to the Pixel 6 lineup in terms of specs, design, and price. The major attraction is the more stable experience with Android 13. The Realme 10 series will succeed the Realme 9 lineup launched this year. On the Geekbench website, the device bears the model number RMX3630. It managed to score 483 points in the single-core round and 1668 in the multi-core round. Further, the portal reveals some key specs, including processor, operating system, storage configuration, and more.

Under the hood, the upcoming 4G-powered device will draw power from a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The chipset will be paired with Mali-G57 GPU and an 8GB RAM model. Although we expect the company to introduce other storage options as well. On the software front, it will boost Android 12 out of the box. It is likely to be tossed up with the Realme UI layer on top.

To recall, the Realme 10 has also bagged the CQC certification that reveals its battery capacity. According to the website, the smartphone will ship with a 5000 mAh battery. However, the charging capabilities remain unknown at the moment.

Galaxy A03 to get Android 13 update soon, confirms WiFi Alliance

Xiaomi CIVI 2 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC launched in China for ¥2,399

As promised by the company, the Xiaomi CIVI 2 has made its debut in the Chinese market today. The smartphone is the third device in the lineup, including the Xiaomi Civi and Xiaomi Civi 1S. The latest female-focused smartphone arrives with a significant improvement in design and specs. Here's a closer look at the latest Xiaomi handset.

The Xiaomi Civi 2 features a 6.55-inch curved OLED display with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The screen houses a pill-shaped cutout, making it the first Android smartphone to carry so. The panel offers an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, 800 nits peak brightness level, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1920Hz PWM dimming.

The base 8GB/ 128GB model of the latest phone costs ¥2,399. While the mid 8GB/ 256GB and higher 12GB/ 256GB variants are priced at ¥2,499 and ¥2,799, respectively.

As far as storage configuration is considered, the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE will arrive in up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal memory. Precisely, it will include three variants: 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 8GB + 128GB. Besides the aforementioned details, the FCC website does not divulge any other feature.

In addition to this, the same model was also spotted on Singapore's IMDA certification database. Apart from confirming the device's moniker and its 5G connectivity, the certification does not put forward more details.

Galaxy A52 joins One UI 5.0 beta program based on Android 13

In a surprising turn of events, Samsung has ditched its flagship phones to pick up the One UI 5.0 beta update. Instead, the mid-ranger Galaxy A52 becomes the latest device to get the Android 13-based beta program. So far, the company has been testing the Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy S21 series, making A52 the first budget handset to join the beta group.

As of now, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta program for the Galaxy A52 is available for users in India. The other markets will also get access to the program in the coming weeks. However, there is no such confirmation yet as this is a mid-range offering. Also, the package will be a little smaller than the Galaxy flagship smartphones.

As for changes, the beta package will bring multiple new features. To begin with, it includes new Material You theming colors, tweaked notifications icons, stacked widgets, new multi-tasking gestures, enhanced privacy and security, and much more. As promised by the company, Vivo has finally unveiled its next foldable smartphone in China: the Vivo X Fold+ 5G. It sits over the Vivo X Fold 5G that was launched earlier this year. Needless to say, it comes with a significant upgrade over its predecessor. Here's a closer look at the specifications, features, pricing, and other details of the premium handset.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro was spotted under model number 2210132C. Most of the information about the device is unknown, but few are still known. The device may be coming with Android 13-based MIUI 14. It will also have a curved AMOLED display. Another mind-blowing information is that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. A new design of the camera alignment setup can be expected. The device will capacitate up to 12GB Ram. Even though the device is launching in 2022 it will be available in India around January 2023. The fast charging support of 120W was something available in their previous model. This may be a hurdle for Xiaomi because their competitor is able to provide around 200W charging at that price range.
